01Who we are

CROSSOVER Men is a Christ-centred discipleship app for men seeking restoration and freedom from compulsive sexual behaviour. It offers daily check-ins, devotionals, the 30-Day Reset and the Transformed course, together with tools such as the Discernment Coach, breath prayer, the escape plan and accountability sharing.

02Your account

• Adults only — CROSSOVER Men is built for men aged 18 and over. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Your details — give us accurate information, and keep your password and your sign-in method to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
• One account each — keep one account for yourself. Please do not share your sign-in details with anyone else.
• If something looks wrong — tell us promptly at care@crossovermen.app if you believe someone else has access to your account.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us, and we will delete the content in it, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

03Using the app well

CROSSOVER Men exists to help men be honest and to grow. Please use it that way.

• Do not use the app to harm, threaten, harass or impersonate anyone, or to post or upload anything unlawful.
• Do not share another member's private reflections, or an accountability partner's details, where they have not agreed to it.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, copy or gain unauthorised access to the app, its content, its data or another member's account.
• Do not use the coach, the devotionals or any other AI feature to generate anything abusive, deceptive or unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to harm someone or to break these terms.

04Paid access: the Reset and the course

Some parts of CROSSOVER Men are bought separately, as a one-time purchase. What a purchase unlocks, and its price, are shown to you before you pay.

• The 30-Day Reset — unlocks all thirty days, one day at a time. Day 1 begins on the day you claim your purchase, and each following day opens a calendar day later. Your Reset days are kept with your account.
• The Transformed course — unlocks the manual's chapters, its questions and its printable worksheets for your account.
• Crossover Plus — if you subscribe, it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payment — payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and never reach us — we receive only the outcome of the payment.
• One purchase, one account — a purchase unlocks the material for the account it is claimed on. Please do not pass purchased material on to others, or publish it.

If a purchase has not unlocked what it should, or something else has gone wrong with it, write to care@crossovermen.app and we will put it right.

05What belongs to whom

The 30-Day Reset, the Transformed manual, the devotionals, the diagrams and the app itself are the work of their authors and are protected by copyright. What you buy is a personal licence to use them inside the app.

What you write is yours. Your check-ins, journals, Reset reflections, Letters to Self and testimony belong to you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Please do not copy, resell, republish or teach the Reset or course material, or use it in a group, course or coaching offer of your own, without our written permission.

06Not medical or professional advice

CROSSOVER Men is a discipleship and reflection tool. It is not a medical, psychological or counselling service, and nothing in it is a diagnosis, a treatment or professional advice.

The Discernment Coach, Daily Clarity and the devotionals offer reflections drawn from Scripture and from the material in the app. They can be wrong, and none of them is a substitute for your pastor, a qualified counsellor, a doctor or a recovery group.

If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away. If you are working through serious sexual or mental-health concerns, please seek professional support alongside this app.

Any decision you make about your life, your health or your relationships remains yours.

07What we do not promise

We are a small team and the app runs on a third-party platform. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, free of faults, or available on every device.

• A feature may be added, changed or withdrawn as the app develops.
• Content may be corrected and updated, including Reset days and course chapters.
• The app may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or to fix a fault.

If we were ever to withdraw a paid part of the app for good, we would tell you, and we would deal fairly with the access you had paid for.

08Ending your access

You may stop using CROSSOVER Men at any time, and ask us to close your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or that is being used in a way that puts the app or other members at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

09The limits of our responsibility

CROSSOVER Men is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for content you have not kept a copy of, or for decisions you take on the basis of what you read in the app.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live, and nothing here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use CROSSOVER Men after a change means you accept the updated terms.
