A coastal trail splitting into two paths at dawn

Your next faithful step

You don't have to figure it all out today.

You know something needs to change. Maybe you're ready to begin, maybe you need someone to walk alongside you, or maybe you're ready to go deeper with other men.

CROSSOVER offers different ways to take that next step—with Christ at the centre, practical tools for everyday life, and no need to pretend you've got everything together.

Start where you are. Take the next step. Keep walking.

Whatever you choose, the aim is the same: honesty, grace, and the next faithful step.

Three ways to move forward.

Every man's journey looks different. Start with the level of support that makes sense for you right now. You can begin simply and explore more support as your needs become clearer.

The 30-Day Reset

Build a foundation. One day at a time.

A guided, self-paced journey for men who are ready to stop drifting and start responding differently.

Over thirty days, you'll build a daily rhythm of Scripture, reflection, practical exercises and honest check-ins. You'll begin recognising your triggers, understanding your patterns and practising the next faithful step.

  • Thirty days of guided daily content.
  • Scripture and short teaching.
  • Daily check-ins and reflection.
  • Practical ANCHORED tools.
  • Exercises to recognise triggers and practise different responses.
  • Morning and evening reflection rhythms, where provided by the existing product.

Best for: The man who wants a clear starting point and is ready to do the work independently.

Personal support

The Reset — Guided

Personal guidance. Practical accountability.

Sometimes you know what you need to change, but applying it in your own life is difficult.

The Guided Reset is designed for men who want personal support while working through the thirty-day journey.

A coach helps you reflect on your circumstances, recognise recurring patterns, work through practical challenges and establish realistic next steps.

Potential inclusions, subject to the final delivery model:

  • Access to the 30-Day Reset.
  • An initial one-to-one coaching session.
  • Scheduled coaching conversations during the thirty days.
  • Support applying the material to personal circumstances.
  • Practical planning around triggers, boundaries and accountability.
  • A closing review and plan for what comes next.

Best for: The man who wants personal guidance rather than working through the material entirely on his own.

Deeper transformation

TRANSFORMED

Go deeper. Walk together.

Some men are ready for more than a starting point. They want time to understand what drives their behaviour, practise new ways of responding and grow alongside other men who are committed to the journey.

TRANSFORMED is a proposed six-month facilitated group experience built around the existing Transformed course.

The experience is intended to combine structured learning, guided discussion, practical application, honest reflection and brotherhood.

Potential inclusions, subject to the final programme design:

  • Guided progression through the Transformed course.
  • Facilitated group sessions.
  • Discussion and personal reflection.
  • Practical exercises between sessions.
  • Peer connection and accountability.
  • A plan for continuing the journey beyond the programme.

Best for: The man who wants a deeper learning experience and the encouragement of a committed group.

A facilitated group experience with other men — not simply six months of access to the course materials.

Start where you are. The 30-Day Reset is the recommended first step, and it is a complete journey in itself — the other pathways are for men who already know they want guidance or company alongside it.

Find your path

Not sure where to begin?

You don't need to make a perfect decision. Start by being honest about what would help you most right now.

The foundation

Grace is where the journey begins.

CROSSOVER is rooted in the transforming power of Christ.

This isn't about earning God's acceptance by getting your behaviour under control. It's about learning to bring the truth into the light, receive His grace, take responsibility for your choices and practise a different way of living.

You don't need to be perfect before you begin. You need a willingness to be honest and take the next faithful step.

Grace without excuses. Truth without shame. Brotherhood without isolation.

Questions

A few things men ask.

CROSSOVER is Christian discipleship and reflection, not therapy or medical care. Many men work it alongside a counsellor, a group or their church — and it is never a replacement for the professional help some men need.

You don't have to walk this road alone.

You don't need the whole journey mapped out.

You don't need to wait until you feel ready for everything.

Begin with one honest step. Let the next one become clearer as you walk.
