The Transformed coaching program
CROSSOVER Men exists so a man does not have to walk this road alone. The coaching program pairs you with an addiction specialist coach who has sat with men in this exact fight — one who will ask you the questions nobody else asks, and keep asking them week after week.
This is not a course you buy and forget, and it is not therapy. It is a working relationship: your honest week, told to a man who is for you, with a plan you actually keep.

Are we a fit?
This is a working relationship, not a purchase you can leave in a drawer. Coaching holds when both of us are honest about what we are bringing to it.
It is a fit if
- You want to stop, not just manage the aftermath.
- You will tell another man the truth about your week.
- You want Christ at the centre of this, not only a technique.
- You will do the quiet daily work when nobody is watching.
It is not the right fit if
- You are looking for someone to want this more than you do.
- You don't commit to showing up — no excuses.
- You want to keep this hidden from everyone who knows you.
- You need medical or crisis care — we would point you to a doctor and local help first, and walk with you alongside it.
- You are not willing to change what you do each day.
If your answers tell us this is not the right fit, we will say so plainly and tell you what we would suggest instead. That is not a rejection of you.

Answer honestly rather than well. There are no right answers here — a coach is trying to see whether this is the right next step for you, and what would help most if it is not.
